Job Description
Rialto GreenScape Services is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible 13-year-old to join our team as a Yard Helper. This entry-level position is perfect for a motivated teenager looking to gain valuable work experience, learn basic gardening skills, and contribute to the upkeep of beautiful outdoor spaces in our community. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, performing simple yet essential tasks to maintain yards and gardens. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, develop a strong work ethic, and be part of a friendly local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Raking leaves and debris from lawns and garden beds.
- Weeding flower beds and small garden areas.
- Watering plants, shrubs, and flowers as instructed.
- Assisting with mulching and spreading soil.
- Picking up branches and minor yard clean-up.
- Learning and adhering to basic garden safety procedures.
- Maintaining a tidy work area and organizing tools.
Required Skills
