Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate delivery of packages and documents to assigned CBD and metro locations.
- Follow designated delivery routes efficiently, adhering to schedules and timelines.
- Ensure the safe and secure handling of all items during transit and delivery.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during interactions.
- Utilize handheld devices and navigation tools to optimize delivery routes and confirm deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status or issues.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability in daily operations.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to navigate urban environments effectively using maps or GPS.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical capability to lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs with assistance, and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a delivery, customer service, or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Aurora and surrounding metro areas.
- Basic knowledge of package handling safety procedures.
