Key Responsibilities
- Assist Wealth Management Advisors with client meeting preparation, including compiling financial statements, performance reports, and presentation materials.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by collecting necessary documentation and completing administrative tasks.
- Conduct basic research on investment products, market trends, and economic indicators.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Respond to client inquiries under the guidance of senior advisors, providing exceptional service.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development programs to enhance financial knowledge and advisory skills.
- Collaborate with branch team members to identify and refer clients for wealth management services.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, wealth management, or economics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Previous customer service experience in any industry.
