Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Cloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team, primarily for evening shifts, catering to our high-social scene events and discerning guests. This role is crucial in creating a seamless and sophisticated experience from the moment guests arrive, ensuring the secure and efficient handling of personal belongings. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out of coats, bags, and other personal items.
  • Maintain a highly organized and secure cloakroom area, ensuring efficient retrieval of items.
  • Accurately tag and record all items received, preventing misplacement or loss.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and offering assistance.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order within the cloakroom space.
  • Adhere to all hotel security and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience during events.
