Job Description

Join our passionate team as an Early Childhood Music Leader, where you will inspire young minds through the joy of music and play-based learning. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who love working with children and have a foundational passion for music, even if you are new to early childhood education. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing engaging music activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children aged 0-5. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate music lessons and activities for children aged 0-5.
  • Incorporate play-based learning principles to make music education fun and interactive.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels comfortable participating.
  • Assess children's progress and adapt activities to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to integrate music into the broader curriculum.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's musical development and experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions provided by KinderCare.

  • CPR and First Aid certification.
