Job Description
Are you a digital native with an innate ability to spot the next big thing in fashion before anyone else? Do you spend hours immersed in Pinterest, curating mood boards, and dissecting visual trends? Grey Group is seeking a dedicated Fashion Trend Scout with a keen eye for Pinterest-driven insights to join our dynamic team in Montgomery, AL. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for meticulously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on emerging fashion and lifestyle trends specifically sourced from Pinterest. Your expertise will directly inform our creative strategies and campaigns for a diverse portfolio of boutique fashion and lifestyle brands, ensuring our clients remain at the cutting edge of industry innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor Pinterest for emerging fashion trends, styles, color palettes, textures, and key influencers.
- Conduct in-depth visual research and data analysis to identify significant patterns and shifts in consumer aesthetics.
- Develop comprehensive trend reports and engaging presentations, translating visual insights into actionable strategies for client teams.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, and account managers to integrate trend intelligence into campaign development.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering unique perspectives on future fashion narratives and consumer behaviors.
- Maintain and organize a robust database of trend insights, visual assets, and competitive analysis.
- Stay informed on wider industry developments and macro-trends to provide context for Pinterest findings.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Pinterest as a primary tool for trend scouting and visual research.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and pattern recognition.
