Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card, and mobile app transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cash register area and front counter.
- Assist guests with menu inquiries, dietary information, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Ensure all orders are accurately assembled, checked for quality, and handed to guests in a timely manner.
- Handle guest concerns and special requests with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s industry-leading standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
