Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card, and mobile app transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cash register area and front counter.
  • Assist guests with menu inquiries, dietary information, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
  • Ensure all orders are accurately assembled, checked for quality, and handed to guests in a timely manner.
  • Handle guest concerns and special requests with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operational flow.
