Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Operations Aide to support our Terminal Management team in Houston, TX. This entry-level position is crucial to ensuring the smooth daily operations of our freight terminal. The Operations Aide will assist with administrative tasks, data entry, record keeping, and general support activities that contribute to the efficient flow of freight and accurate information. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist terminal management with daily administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Support the tracking and monitoring of freight movements and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and operational activities.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other terminal personnel to resolve issues.
  • Prepare and distribute operational documents and materials.
  • Help organize and manage terminal supplies and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Perform other clerical and support tasks as assigned by terminal management.
