Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our remote recruitment support team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process, providing essential administrative and logistical support to our recruiters. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the specified region while collaborating closely with a dynamic HR team. You will be responsible for streamlining recruitment workflows, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to FedEx’s continued success in attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related correspondence, including offer letters and new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screenings.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide data analysis as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within HR or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms.
