Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person surveys and interviews with consumers and businesses in assigned territories.
  • Accurately record and document all collected data using company-provided tools and technology.
  • Adhere strictly to survey protocols, privacy guidelines, and ethical research practices.
  • Build rapport and engage effectively with respondents to ensure high-quality data collection.
  • Manage and maintain survey materials and equipment.
  • Meet daily and weekly data collection targets.
  • Provide feedback on survey execution and potential improvements to processes.
  • Represent NielsenIQ professionally and courteously at all times.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with basic technology (smartphones, tablets)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to walk, stand, and carry survey materials for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college coursework or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or field operations
  • Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish/English) are a plus
