Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional support? Google is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Membership Support team for part-time weekend shifts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Google members, providing timely and effective assistance with various inquiries related to their memberships, services, and accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Google memberships and services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Google products, policies, and account management.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear communication with members.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain a high level of member satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and online tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays).
  • Basic understanding of Google products and services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting basic technical issues.
