Job Description
Join Accenture as a Google Workspace Concierge Aide with a focus on providing luxury-level support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our executive and VIP clients, ensuring their Google Workspace experience is seamless, efficient, and tailored to their specific needs. You will provide proactive support, expert guidance, and rapid resolution to technical issues, contributing to a premium service experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove, concierge-level technical support for Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) to executive and VIP users.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, offering best practices and tips to enhance user productivity and satisfaction.
- Conduct personalized training sessions and onboarding for new executives on Google Workspace functionalities and features.
- Manage and prioritize support requests with urgency and discretion, ensuring minimal disruption to high-priority workflows.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding user workflows and recommending tailored solutions and integrations within Google Workspace.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution, acting as the user's advocate.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, solutions, and user preferences to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing IT support, ideally in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Workspace suite of applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with executive-level clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Workspace Administrator certification or equivalent.
- Experience in a luxury service, hospitality, or executive support role.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
- Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge management tools.
