Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior AI Strategy Trainee to join our Corporate Growth practice in Bakersfield, California. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced consultants, contributing to projects that help clients leverage AI for strategic decision-making, market analysis, product development, and operational efficiency improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research and analysis of AI technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes relevant to corporate growth strategies.
- Support the development of AI-driven strategic recommendations for clients, focusing on areas like market entry, mergers & acquisitions, and new product launch.
- Participate in client workshops and meetings, helping to gather requirements and present findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader business strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership initiatives related to AI and corporate growth.
- Learn and apply various consulting methodologies and frameworks under direct supervision.
- Support project management activities, including scheduling, resource tracking, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their business applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
