Job Description

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for natural language processing and data analysis? Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large-scale text and speech data for NLP applications.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the evaluation and testing of NLP models, including sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and text summarization.
  • Collaborate with senior data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the documentation of data pipelines, analysis methodologies, and model evaluation processes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, workshops, and mentorship sessions to enhance NLP and data analysis skills.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Basic understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior academic or personal projects involving NLP or data analysis.
  • Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Looker).
  • Understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
