Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and limousines, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure optimal operating condition.
- Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines, ensuring timely arrival and departure for all appointments.
- Navigate effectively using GPS and local knowledge to choose the most efficient routes.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients regarding scheduling changes or potential delays.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid state-issued Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3-5 years).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Punctuality and strong time management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local Kansas City routes.
