Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for flexible weekend work? NielsenIQ is seeking enthusiastic Mystery Shopping Associates to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This part-time role involves visiting various retail establishments, restaurants, and service providers as a regular customer to evaluate product availability, customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience. You will provide valuable feedback that helps our clients improve their operations and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking supplemental income and the ability to work independently on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various locations within the Cincinnati area on weekends.
- Observe and accurately record details regarding customer service, product presentation, store cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
- Complete and submit detailed reports and questionnaires online within 24-48 hours of each shop.
- Follow specific instructions and guidelines for each assignment carefully and thoroughly.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and shopping assignments.
- Ensure all required data and observations are captured during each visit.
- Represent NielsenIQ professionally and discreetly during all interactions.
