Job Description
As a Netflix Information Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our global content ecosystem, working 100% remotely from your home office in Savannah, Georgia. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and discoverability of information related to our vast library of movies, TV shows, and games. This entry-level position is perfect for highly organized individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for entertainment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain metadata for Netflix content across various internal systems.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to Netflix's global standards.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Categorize content efficiently based on genre, themes, and other relevant attributes.
- Collaborate with content operations, engineering, and localization teams to improve data workflows.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal information management guidelines.
