Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Concierge Support specialist to join the team at a prestigious high-end apartment block in Canterbury. This pivotal role requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled service. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, managing all front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth, secure, and luxurious living environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage parcel and mail deliveries, ensuring secure receipt and distribution.
  • Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency, discretion, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate with building management, maintenance, and security teams to address issues promptly.
  • Oversee access control, monitoring CCTV, and ensuring building security protocols are adhered to.
  • Arrange and book services for residents, such as taxis, restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, and dry cleaning.
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of the lobby and common areas, reporting any deficiencies.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and act as a central communication point during incidents.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all relevant activities, incidents, and requests.
  • Foster a friendly and secure community atmosphere within the residential block.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a concierge, front desk, or high-end customer service role, preferably within luxury residential, hotel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to act independently when necessary.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety and security.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with residential property management software.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Experience with CCTV monitoring and security systems.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities in Canterbury.
