Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading freight manually or with material handling equipment.
- Scanning and sorting packages accurately according to destination and shipping method.
- Operating various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Performing routine quality checks on packages to ensure proper labeling and condition.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stoop for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and numerical skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for night shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks (certification preferred).
