Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Online Feedback Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating and improving the user experience of various apps and websites, including our own and those of our partners. You will meticulously test digital products, identify areas for enhancement, and provide comprehensive, actionable feedback to product development and design teams. This is a crucial position for ensuring the quality and usability of our digital ecosystem, directly impacting millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis of web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide constructive, detailed, and data-driven feedback on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) elements.
  • Document findings clearly and concisely, including steps to reproduce issues and suggested solutions.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and product launches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to advocate for the user and ensure feedback is incorporated.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and UX trends.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of feedback collection methodologies and reporting templates.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in navigating and testing various web and mobile applications.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and digital product usability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a QA, user testing, or product analysis role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and feedback platforms.
  • Experience with different operating systems and device types (iOS, Android, desktop browsers).
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in digital product development.
