Job Description

Are you a passionate and analytical paid media specialist with a keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform? Merkle is seeking a talented Paid Media Buyer (Pinterest) to join our dynamic marketing team in a hybrid capacity, based out of our New Port Richey office. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid Pinterest advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking specifically for Pinterest.
  • Optimize campaigns daily through bid adjustments, audience targeting refinements, creative testing, and landing page recommendations to achieve client KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives (Pins, video, idea Pins) optimized for the Pinterest platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest advertising features, trends, and best practices.
  • Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy and client communication.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Pinterest Ads Manager.
  • Proven ability to drive performance and achieve measurable results on Pinterest.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting within Pinterest Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, vlookups).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
