Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for a temporary Paper Filing Gig. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and accessible physical records within our administrative departments. The successful candidate will support our methodical taskers by ensuring all documents are filed correctly, securely, and in a timely manner. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys focused, repetitive tasks that contribute significantly to operational efficiency. You will play a vital role in keeping our records system impeccably organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately file and retrieve physical documents according to established organizational systems.
- Sort and categorize incoming paperwork efficiently for proper placement.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Perform routine checks to ensure all files are in their correct locations and in good condition.
- Assist with archiving and purging old records as per company policy and regulatory guidelines.
