Job Description
As a Part-Time Banking Concierge at our Aurora branch, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and guidance. You will assist customers with general inquiries, direct them to appropriate banking services, and ensure a smooth flow within the branch. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all customers entering the branch, offering immediate assistance.

- Assist customers with setting up appointments and navigating digital banking tools.
- Maintain a tidy and professional branch lobby and waiting area.
- Proactively identify customer needs and politely offer solutions or introductions to specialist colleagues.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Handle routine administrative tasks as assigned to support branch operations.
