Job Description
Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic warehouse environment? Amazon is seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Picker – Voice Guided Tech Training program in Pasco, Washington. You’ll be trained on our cutting-edge voice-guided picking technology, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using state-of-the-art voice-guided technology
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall operational efficiency
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as they are introduced
- Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and prevent damage
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall operations
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow voice commands accurately
- Basic literacy skills (reading and writing English)
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods (up to 49 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment (not required, but a plus)
