Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reagents, media, and solutions according to established protocols.

- Assist senior scientists with experimental setup, execution, and data collection.
- Accurately record experimental observations and data in laboratory notebooks or electronic systems.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and organizing reagents.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols precisely.
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety principles.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a laboratory setting (academic or industrial) is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Experience with aseptic techniques.
