Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Receptionist Representative to join our team in Garden Grove, CA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff, embodying our commitment to exceptional service and a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and take accurate messages.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining organized records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Provide general information about the organization and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient and visitor flow.
