Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote EA Advocate – Customer Experience Analyst to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role is crucial for ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and for continuously improving our service offerings. You will be responsible for analyzing customer interactions, identifying pain points, and advocating for enhancements to our enterprise applications (EA) and overall customer journey. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer feedback, support tickets, and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to champion customer needs and influence product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key customer experience metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify and document root causes of customer issues, proposing actionable solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of customer service processes and best practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving enterprise application usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in customer experience and analytics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize self-service options and customer support resources.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Customer Experience Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate for customer needs and drive change within an organization.
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with enterprise application (EA) systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) and their impact on customer experience.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or technology industry.
  • Certification in customer experience management or business analysis.
