Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Tech Aide with a focus on Netflix Software Testing. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our streaming services and related software. You will work closely with our quality assurance and development teams, contributing to the identification and documentation of software defects. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute pre-defined test cases across various Netflix platforms and devices (web, mobile, smart TVs, gaming consoles).
  • Identify, document, and report software defects, bugs, and inconsistencies using specified tools.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure previously identified issues have been resolved.
  • Verify adherence to design specifications and user experience guidelines.
  • Communicate test progress, results, and potential risks to the QA team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members using various communication platforms.
  • Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and navigating various operating systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and enthusiasm for entertainment technology.
