Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Roadshow Chauffeur with a focus on high-level executive transport. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless and secure travel of Amazon’s senior executives and VIPs during important roadshows, meetings, and events. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a deep understanding of executive protocol, and a commitment to providing an unparalleled level of service. You will be responsible for navigating various routes, maintaining vehicle pristine condition, and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport senior executives and VIP guests to and from various destinations, including airports, offices, meetings, and events.
- Plan optimal routes considering traffic, weather, and executive schedules, utilizing advanced navigation tools.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in impeccable condition, performing daily inspections, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating regular servicing.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols, prioritizing passenger safety and comfort.
- Manage executive schedules and logistics for roadshows, demonstrating proactive communication and flexibility.
- Handle luggage and personal belongings with care and discretion.
- Ensure strict confidentiality regarding executive travel plans and discussions.
- Provide a comfortable and secure environment for passengers at all times.
- Respond courteously and professionally to executive requests and changes in schedule.
Required Skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in executive or VIP chauffeuring.
- Advanced defensive driving skills and knowledge of security protocols.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Discretion and absolute commitment to confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with GPS and navigation technologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Executive protection or security driving certification.
- Experience with armored or high-performance executive vehicles.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in business-relevant languages.
- Familiarity with the Pasco and greater Washington State geographical area.
