In this vital part-time role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating customer service standards, product knowledge, and overall store environments for our diverse clients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping assignments at various client locations within the Tucson area, adhering strictly to assignment guidelines and scenarios.
- Objectively observe and evaluate specific aspects of customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, and employee interactions.
- Accurately document findings and complete detailed, comprehensive online reports within 24 hours of each shop.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details, client information, and evaluation results.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the BestMark team regarding assignment status or any issues encountered.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned shops and reports.
