Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team for the night shift. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our premium spa, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all spa guests and members upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage spa appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, using our spa management software.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and gift certificate transactions.
- Provide comprehensive information about spa services, treatments, and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and common spa spaces throughout the night shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and courteously, ensuring swift resolution.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management of retail products and spa supplies.
- Perform light administrative duties as required.
- Ensure all spa closing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night hours.
- A professional and calm demeanor, even in busy situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or luxury hotel environment.
- Familiarity with spa management software (e.g., Opera PMS, SpaSoft).
- Knowledge of spa treatments and retail products.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
