Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Inbound Customer Care Specialist. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Bournemouth or the surrounding area. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing support and solutions for their service enquiries without any cold calling. We’re looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for helping others. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you have all the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries regarding services, billing, and technical issues.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is a plus.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
