Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team, specifically supporting Concentrix’s SaaS client projects. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to impactful client success stories. In this role, you will be a crucial point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their SaaS products and services. You will onboard new users, provide ongoing support, collect feedback, and work proactively to resolve any issues, fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SaaS clients, guiding them through onboarding and product adoption.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for product expansion, and ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and effective technical and functional support, escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to track progress, review usage data, and deliver valuable insights.
  • Collect client feedback and collaborate with product development teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned SaaS products and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation of customer success resources, including FAQs, tutorials, and best practice guides.
  • Identify potential churn risks and work proactively to mitigate them, ensuring high retention rates.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a strong asset for our Montreal-based operations).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and helpdesk tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office space suitable for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, technical support, or a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with various SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with remote teams and collaborating across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in French.
