Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Fulfillment Team Member in South Lake Union, Seattle. This role offers flexible morning and night shifts, perfect for individuals seeking to balance work with other commitments. You will be instrumental in ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment or customer pickup, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, scan, and pack merchandise according to order specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Process online orders for in-store pickup, verifying accuracy and readiness.
- Operate basic material handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and order processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
