Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Valley City. This unique role is designed to accommodate a school-friendly schedule, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and faxing.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including room bookings and refreshments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to staff, students, and visitors.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
