Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Aesthetic Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for aesthetics and skincare to kick-start their career with a leading clinic. You will work closely with senior practitioners, assisting with a variety of treatments, learning new techniques, and ensuring clients receive exceptional care. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive client experience from day one. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior practitioners with various aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels, and body contouring.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is sterilised and ready for use.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organised, and adheres to strict hygiene standards.
- Support the front desk operations, including booking appointments and handling client inquiries when required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Uphold the highest standards of client care and service excellence.
- Assist with stock management and ordering of supplies.
Required Skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent aesthetic qualification.
- Strong passion for the aesthetics industry and client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (even if minimal) in a clinic or spa setting.
- Knowledge of various skincare products and ingredients.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a clinical environment.
- First Aid certification.
