Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas to Hilton's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and promotional materials.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of English for communication.
