Job Description

In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing ticket sales, modifications, and cancellations for various travel arrangements and event bookings. Key Responsibilities

  • Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and event passes.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, providing accurate information on travel policies, event details, and pricing.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
  • Provide technical support for customers navigating our online booking platforms.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, company policies, and event schedules to offer the best advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in travel, hospitality, or events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing or reservation systems (e.g., GDS, CRM software).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Previous experience as a ticketing agent or travel consultant.
  • Knowledge of various travel destinations, airlines, and event venues.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in travel and tourism.
