Job Description
Are you passionate about user experience and eager to shape the future of digital products? Ipsos is seeking a detail-oriented Online Feedback Analyst to join our innovative team in North York. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing user feedback from various apps and websites, transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform product development and strategy. You will dive deep into user comments, ratings, and behavioral data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, categorize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback from a variety of online sources, including surveys, app store reviews, social media, and direct user testing platforms.
- Identify key user trends, common issues, and emerging opportunities related to app and website functionality, usability, and content.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing feedback analysis, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to product managers, designers, and development teams.
- Monitor user sentiment and satisfaction metrics over time, tracking changes and the impact of product updates.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product owners, and data scientists to integrate feedback insights into the product development lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in user feedback analysis, UX research, and digital product trends.
Required Skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with feedback management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Business, or a related field.
- Experience with UX research methodologies (e.g., usability testing, A/B testing).
- Familiarity with qualitative data analysis techniques and software.
- Previous experience in a market research, product analysis, or customer feedback role.
