Job Description
Are you a motivated and energetic 16-year-old looking for an active, rewarding part-time job with daily cash bonuses? Mister Car Wash in Provo, Utah is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Car Wash Crew! This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop customer service skills, and earn extra money in a dynamic outdoor environment. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for teens with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. You’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring every customer leaves with a sparkling clean car and a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Guide vehicles onto the car wash conveyor safely and efficiently.
- Pre-soak, scrub, and detail vehicles as needed before they enter the automatic wash.
- Perform towel-drying and final touch-ups to ensure cars are spotless.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including car wash bays and surrounding grounds.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and according to training.
- Assist customers with questions and provide excellent service.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
