Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for EA Sports game titles via various channels (chat, email, phone).
- Assist players with account issues, game connectivity problems, and general troubleshooting steps.
- Document player interactions, solutions, and feedback accurately in our internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support specialists when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with new game releases, patches, and known issues for EA Sports titles.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging player experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding player data privacy and security.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for video games, particularly sports genres.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with EA Sports titles (e.g., FIFA, Madden NFL, NHL).
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role (even non-technical).
