Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and real estate to achieve significant earning potential from the comfort of their home. As an ISA, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. Your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our services will be crucial to your success. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a supportive and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls, emails, and texts to potential real estate clients (buyers and sellers).
- Qualify leads based on their motivation, timeline, and needs to determine their readiness for buying or selling.
- Nurture prospective clients over time, building rapport and trust.
- Set high-quality appointments for our field agents, ensuring a smooth hand-off.
- Manage and update client information accurately in our CRM system.
- Track and report on sales activities and results regularly.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to market changes and sales strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills.
- High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) or similar role.
- Knowledge of the Quebec real estate market.
- Bilingual (French and English) is a significant asset.
- Experience with specific real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce).
- Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
