Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a YouTube Video Sorter, specializing in Wellness content with a strong focus on metadata. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, categorizing, and optimizing our extensive library of YouTube wellness videos to ensure discoverability and adherence to best practices. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of content organization will be crucial in enhancing our digital presence and user experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about wellness content and meticulous in data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze YouTube wellness videos for content accuracy, relevance, and quality.
  • Apply precise and consistent metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, categories) to a large volume of videos.
  • Ensure all metadata adheres to internal guidelines, SEO best practices, and YouTube platform requirements.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in existing video metadata.
  • Categorize videos into appropriate wellness sub-niches (e.g., fitness, nutrition, mental health, mindfulness).
  • Monitor performance of metadata strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with content creators and digital strategists to optimize video discoverability.
  • Maintain an organized tracking system for all processed videos.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with YouTube platform and content management.
  • Strong understanding of metadata principles and SEO for video content.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
