Job Description
Are you passionate about retail and have a keen eye for detail? Ipsos Retail Performance is seeking enthusiastic and highly energetic individuals to join our team as a Retail Experience Rater. In this dynamic part-time role, you will be responsible for evaluating various retail environments, assessing customer service interactions, store cleanliness, product availability, and overall shopping experience. This position requires regular travel within the Arvada area and surrounding regions, for which a travel stipend will be provided. Your objective feedback will be crucial in helping our clients enhance their retail operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site evaluations of assigned retail locations based on pre-defined criteria.
- Observe and document aspects of the retail environment, including merchandising, promotions, cleanliness, and staff attentiveness.
- Interact with store staff as a typical customer to assess customer service quality and product knowledge.
- Accurately record and submit detailed reports using our proprietary mobile application or online portal.
- Adhere to strict guidelines and timelines for completing assigned ratings.
- Maintain confidentiality of all findings and client information.
- Travel regularly to various retail locations within the Arvada area and neighboring cities.
