Job Description
This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about cars and eager to learn the art and science of professional car detailing. As a Car Detailing Trainee, you will receive comprehensive hands-on training from experienced detailers, mastering advanced techniques for buffing, polishing, waxing, interior cleaning, and overall vehicle reconditioning. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of vehicle presentation and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to our reputation for quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and meticulously apply professional buffing, polishing, and waxing techniques under direct supervision.
- Perform thorough interior cleaning procedures, including vacuuming, shampooing upholstery, and treating all surfaces.
- Clean and recondition vehicle exteriors, which includes washing, drying, clay barring, and applying tire dressing.
- Assist senior detailers with various vehicle reconditioning and preparation tasks as needed.
- Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Conduct final inspections of vehicles to ensure quality assurance before customer handover.
Required Skills

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
