Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Online Data Validator to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of business leads and company data from various online sources. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong internet research skills, and the ability to work independently to maintain the high quality of our intelligence platform. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough online research to validate business leads, contact information, and company details.
- Verify data points such as company names, addresses, phone numbers, employee counts, industry classifications, and key personnel.
- Cross-reference information from multiple reliable sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and correct discrepancies or inaccuracies in existing data records.
- Utilize internal tools and external web resources efficiently to maximize validation throughput.
- Maintain a high standard of data quality, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
- Provide constructive feedback on data quality processes and potential improvements.
- Manage workload effectively to meet daily and weekly validation targets.
