Job Description

This unique part-time role allows you to covertly assess our toy departments, providing invaluable feedback on product presentation, customer service, and overall store ambiance. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Target store locations within Memphis as a regular customer.
- Evaluate the toy department based on a provided checklist, focusing on product availability, display quality, cleanliness, and promotional accuracy.
- Observe and assess the helpfulness, knowledge, and demeanor of team members in the toy section.
- Interact with store staff as needed to gather information or test service responses.
- Document findings accurately and thoroughly using our online reporting system.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback to help improve the shopping experience.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all evaluation activities and findings.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and adhere to guidelines.
- Reliable internet access and basic computer proficiency for report submission.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a retail environment (any capacity).
