Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Government Adoption Services Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. This office-based role supports various government initiatives by facilitating the smooth adoption of new services and programs. You will be instrumental in providing administrative assistance, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring timely communication to support the successful implementation and uptake of crucial public services. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for public service to contribute to impactful government projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and teams involved in government service adoption.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, workshops, and training sessions for government clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, databases, and communication records accurately.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication channels between government agencies, technology teams, and end-users.
- Track progress on adoption metrics and contribute to status updates.
- Handle inquiries and provide initial support related to service adoption processes.
- Assist with onboarding and training materials for new service users.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and internal policies.
