Job Description
Join Netflix as an Entry Level Account Security Analyst and become a vital part of our mission to ensure the safety and security of our members’ accounts. This is a 100% secure remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within Houston, TX. You will be on the front lines, responding to security incidents, assisting members with compromised accounts, and helping to identify and mitigate potential threats. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual eager to start a career in cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve account security incidents, including suspicious activity and unauthorized access.
- Provide exceptional support to Netflix members regarding account security concerns through various channels.
- Analyze security alerts and data to identify emerging threats and patterns of abuse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve security protocols.
- Document incident details, resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with cybersecurity best practices and Netflix's security tools.
