Job Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruitment Aide with a focus on talent sourcing to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions across EA. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on the initial stages of candidate identification and outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual with strong communication skills looking to kickstart their career in talent acquisition within the exciting gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial resume screening and candidate outreach to assess basic qualifications and interest.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support scheduling of interviews and coordination of candidate logistics.
- Prepare and format job descriptions, candidate profiles, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices in talent acquisition.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of social media and professional networking platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support.

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
